HIP FIX: the REBUILD
10 to 20 minute follow-along workouts, 4 days a week. You start with foundations and mobility, then build all the way up to squats, deadlifts, and lunges. A sports chiropractor plans every step, so all you do is press play.
Stop saving hip videos. Start fixing your hips (and low back and knees) in 10 to 20 minutes a day

You don’t need more hip videos. You need someone to tell you what to do with them..
You have a camera roll full of saved mobility moves. Pigeon stretches, 90/90s, banded walks, that one hip flexor drill you swore you’d try tomorrow.
But every time you open that folder, you freeze:
Where do I even start?
What if I do the wrong one and make it worse?
How much time is this actually going to take?
Which of these do I actually need for my hips?
So you close the app. Your hips stay tight. The pinch is still there when you get out of the car, climb the stairs, or try to sit cross-legged on the floor with your kids.
It’s not you, babe. You’re already running a whole life. You don’t have the time or the mental space to become your own chiro,
physical therapist, programmer, and coach.
This is for you if:
You’re a woman who wants to rebuild strength in her hips, core, and low back
You deal with tight hips, pinching in the front of the hip, hip impingement, arthritis, or a labral issue
You’ve tried stretching, random YouTube workouts, or saved posts, and nothing has stuck
You want to get back to running, lifting, your sport, or just moving through your day without thinking about your hips
You want a plan you can follow on autopilot, not another thing to figure out
This is NOT for you if:
You’re expecting a quick fix, this is an 8 week progressive program- it’s very do-able but does need the consistency
You recently had hip surgery or have new, severe pain you haven’t had checked. Get cleared by your provider first, then come back.
Hi, I’m Katie. I’ve helped rebuild hundreds of hips. Now I’m handing you the plan.
I’m a sports chiropractor and a certified strength and conditioning coach. For over fifteen years (wow, what?!), I’ve worked with hundreds of patients with hip impingement, tight hips, arthritis, and labral tears.
Some wanted to get back to their sport. Some just wanted to walk the dog, pick up their kids, or sleep through the night without their hip aching.
Here’s what I saw over and over: the people who got better weren’t the ones doing the moooost. They were the ones following a clear plan, in the right order, that slowly built real strength.
First, calm things down and restore mobility. Then, build a foundation. Then, load it, with squats, deadlifts, and lunges, so your hips can handle real life.
I built Hip Fix: The REBUILD so you get that same plan I use in my clinic, without the appointments, the guesswork, or the overwhelm.
8 weeks. 4 days a week. 10 to 20 minutes. Every step planned for you.
Restore → Reinforce → Rebuild. Each phase unlocks the next, so you never jump into heavy lifts before your hips are ready.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–3 · Restore Mobility and foundations. Ease the tightness and pinching, get your hips moving through their full range, and wake up the muscles that support them. Your first win: by the end of week 1, you hips and legs feel like they finally have space to move again- things feel less compressed and more open.
Phase 2 · Weeks 4–6 · Reinforce Strength and control. Build stability in your hips, core, and low back so your hips stop doing all the work alone, with progressions that meet you exactly where you are.
Phase 3 · Weeks 7–8 · Rebuild Loaded, real-life strength. Squats, deadlifts, and lunges, done with confidence. Finish with hips that can handle the gym, your sport, and your everyday life.
Every workout includes:
A warm-up
3 to 6 targeted moves
Foam rolling
Progression and regression options
Follow-along workout videos with cueing
Individual exercise videos with cueing
Written cues
[Optional] Hip education lessons
Lifetime access + all future updates

Still wondering if this is right for you?
-
Every exercise has a regression option, so on a flare day you scale back instead of skipping. You start with gentle mobility and foundations, and only add load once your hips are ready. I’ve built this the same way I progress patients in my office.
-
I’ve helped hundreds of patients with exactly these issues. The program is designed around them, with options to adjust every move. If you’ve had recent surgery or have new, severe pain, check with your provider first.
-
10 to 20 minutes, 4 days a week. That’s it. Warm-up, workout, and foam rolling are all included in that time.
-
Not at all. You don’t touch a deadlift until week 6, and by then you’ve spent weeks building the foundation for it. Every lift is cued step by step and focus on dumb/kettlebells vs a barbell
-
Use the progressions. Many strong women still have weak links in their hip stability, and this program finds and fixes them so your lifts feel better too. You can also skip ahead if you are truly past the foundational aspect but I find many individuals find at least one area to work on they weren’t aware of!
-
Just a mat, a wall, and a strap or towel. Yoga blocks help (thick books or pillows work too).
-
Just pick up where you left off. Your plan stays in the app, and you have lifetime access, so there’s no falling behind.
-
The challenge is designed for general hip stiffness and mobility, with modifications throughout. If you have a diagnosed condition, recent surgery, or new or severe pain, check with your provider first.
-
Right after you buy, you’ll get access to the program in the Dauntless Strong Body Society app on your phone, tablet, or computer.
-
Due to the digital nature and delivery of the program refunds are generally not allowed. Please reach out if you have a specific issue.
Eight weeks from now, you could still be scrolling past hip stretches you’ll “try tomorrow.” Or you could be squatting, deadlifting, and getting out of the car without a second thought. You don’t have to figure it out. I already did.
